Daniel Boulud's Le Voyage restaurant will be part of the culinary lineup
Celebrity Cruises has unveiled details of the food and drinks programme planned for its new ship, Celebrity Ascent.
The fourth vessel in the line’s Edge Series, Ascent will offer a new immersive dinner experience, expanded food and cocktail menus, and a plant-based multi-course dinner.
Celebrity’s global culinary ambassador Daniel Boulud will also bring his restaurant concept at sea to Celebrity Ascent. Le Voyage will feature a global menu crafted by Boulud himself, which that offers dishes from his personal travels.

Groups wanting a more elevated experience can reserve the Chef’s Table, a private, six-seat dining room where a multi-course tasting menu is paired with fine wine.
Celebrity continues to be the only cruise line to feature the high-tech Le Petit Chef projector-dinner experience, which has become a worldwide favourite. Each menu is brought to life by colourful animations, projected onto plates, of a tiny chef who tells the story behind each dish.
