NCL Connect will provide regional trade with valuable marketing tools
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is expanding its dedicated co-branding, marketing solution for travel advisors to a global audience, following its launch in March 2024.
Now available across the Middle East, NCL Connect provides travel agents in the region with a trade marketing solution so they can co-brand digital content experiences and campaigns for regional clients, all with local language, currency and availability, and localised promotions.
Key resources include flyers, guides and training materials to help boost agents’ expertise and sales capabilities.
“This new platform equips agents with the tools they need to confidently promote NCL cruises," said Rebecca Ransom, Business Development Manager, UAE.
Supporting the platform’s regional roll-out, Ransom visited Cruise Travel Mart, the Middle East’s only show dedicated to cruise, which convened 200 agents and 17 leading operators from 8-11 April.
During the event, she welcomed more than 300 travel partners aboard Norwegian Sky, giving them "direct insight into our guest experience" and an introduction to More At Sea, NCL’s premium upgrade package.

Ransom will also attend Arabian Travel Market, taking place in Dubai from 28 April to 1 May 2025, to meet with key trade partners.
“My visit to the region is an opportunity to connect with our valued travel partners, introduce them to NCL Connect, and provide an exclusive experience aboard Norwegian Sky," she said.
NCL recently introduced its new ship Norwegian Aqua, which made its maiden voyage with more than 2,000 travel trade and media partners on a sailing from Lisbon, Portugal to Southampton in the UK.
The ship was christened during a ceremony in Miami with 2,000 guests in April.
