Service: Doormen doffing flat caps give guests a warm welcome – and tips on getting around town. Options range from smashed avocado on toast with pickled radishes to a traditional full English made with ethically sourced ingredients. By night, star dishes include roasted Devon scallops with seaweed butter and a dry-aged Hereford beef tartare.
