Dubai’s Ossiano recognised by MENA’S 50 Best Restaurants

UAE-based fine-dining restaurant Ossiano has secured the prestigious Art of Hospitality Award.

The underwater venue, in Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm, has been recognised with the award ahead of the big reveal of the Middle East & North Africa’s (MENA) 50 Best Restaurants 2025.

The fourth edition of the awards will be held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, on 28 January 2025.

The award is recognition for Ossiano’s excellent service and customer experience, voted for by more than 250 industry experts and food lovers from 19 countries across the region.

Ossiano offers a unique dining experience in an underwater setting, with a striking aquarium swimming with stingrays and sharks as a backdrop.

The restaurant’s 10-course menu, Culinary Voyage, takes diners on a discovery of coastal regions, with storytelling linking each course with the next. The menu, created by Chef Grégoire Berger, one of the region’s most innovative chefs, features signature dishes such as mojama with beef cecina, piquillo, olives and tomato; langoustine (Puerto Rico) paired with passionfruit and jalapeño; and kokotxas showcasing cod, black sauce and Kristal Caviar.
