Redesigned Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will enter service this year
Cathay Pacific has released images and a video of its new seating, which will feature on the carrier’s redesigned Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
The airline provided more details of both its Aria Business Suite and the all-new premium economy seat which will be fitted to the aircraft.
The Aria Suite will feature a sliding door, as well as a sliding privacy partition between middle seats. Other amenities include a 24-inch 4K IFE monitor, personalised suite lighting, wireless charging and Bluetooth capabilities, a storage unit with mirror and a smaller storage space concealed in the suite’s cocktail table.
The new premium economy seat will offer a 15.6-inch IFE screen, as well as a winged headrest, personal reading light and increased recline and legroom. In addition, the carrier’s economy seat now includes Bluetooth connectivity and a ledge that folds down to hold drinks and personal devices.
The aircrafts’ toilets have also been refurbished and will now feature a 'Gallery in the Skies', displaying artwork created by artists who share a deep connection with Hong Kong.
