Global hotel openings include Mondrian Abu Dhabi and SLS Red Sea
Hospitality powerhouse Ennismore has announced a significant expansion of its presence in the Middle East as part of its global growth strategy for 2025.
The company, known for its diverse brand portfolio including Mondrian, Mama Shelter and 25hours, is set to launch several new properties across the region.
This includes three hotels in Saudi, one in UAE capital Abu Dhabi and two in Egypt, with brands such as Rixos, Mondrian and SLS.
This Middle East expansion is part of Ennismore's broader global rollout, which will see the launch of more than 20 new hotels and 35 dining destinations worldwide in 2025, including property openings in Zurich, Florence and Edinburgh.
This follows the opening of a slew of Ennismore-branded hotels in 2024 across the Middle East and worldwide, including three in the UAE – the Delano Dubai, Mama Shelter Dubai and Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah.
“Following a remarkable year of openings in 2024, highlighted by the groundbreaking debut of the Delano Dubai, we eagerly anticipate another bold year of hotel and restaurant openings across all regions,” said Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO of Ennismore.
“This year marks several significant milestones for Ennismore and our brands, including heading to Australia for the first time, the grand opening of the first-ever SLS all-inclusive, the return of the iconic Delano Miami and the hotly anticipated arrival of Rikas brands in Europe and the Americas.”
