First Omani woman appointed to lead a hotel in country

Nadine Al Bulushi to helm Kempinski Hotel Muscat as GM

Kempinski Hotel Muscat has made hospitality history for the Oman by promoting Nadine Al Bulushi to General Manager, making her the first Omani female to be appointed at that level.

Al Bulushi joined the hotel in 2019 as Executive Assistant Manager and was promoted to Hotel Manager in 2020.

Her leadership, dedication and passion for the hospitality industry have consistently distinguished her, said a hotel spokeperson.

Al Bulushi's previous experience spans multiple countries, including Oman, Egypt, the UAE, South Africa, Ethiopia, Libya, Kuwait and Bahrain.

In her new role, Al Bulushi will continue to guide the hotel and focus her energies on delivering elevated guest experiences, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving the hotel’s overall growth.
