Elias Saad will draw on 25 years of experience to drive innovation at luxury UAE property

UAE-based Gewan Hotels & Resorts has promoted Elias Saad from Hotel Manager to General Manager of Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi.

In his new role, Saad is tasked with spearheading the five-star hotel’s strategic growth and enhancing its reputation as a luxury destination.

Just a short stroll from a restaurant-lined marina, this waterfront property comes with 225 rooms and suites, two outdoor pools, a fitness centre, sauna and several restaurants.

With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Saad has held leadership positions at several Abu Dhabi properties, including Le Royal Méridien, Emirates Palace, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr and Bab Al Qasr Hotel, and this is his first stint as GM.

Saad’s commitment to customers has earned him awards and accolades, including the Gold Award for F&B Director/Leader of the Year 2024 in the Middle East.
