Strategic move aims to position company for future growth
Kerzner International has made two leadership appointments as part of a new brand management restructure designed to see Kerzner accelerate growth.
The new direction sees the company establish three distinct brand verticals with leaders reporting directly to Kerzner International CEO Philippe Zuber (pictured).
Mark Kirby, Mattheos Georgiou and Paul Baker will take the helm at One&Only, Atlantis and SIRO/Rare Finds respectively.

Kirby will join Kerzner International from 6 January 2025, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Hospitality at Emaar Hospitality Group, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 30 hotels, residences and leisure clubs across GCC and international markets. As President of One&Only, Kirby will oversee the brand’s global portfolio.
Last month, Georgiou was promoted to Senior Vice President, SIRO and Rare Finds. Since joining Kerzner as Global Vice President of Operations he has played a pivotal role in enhancing global operational standards. His collaborative nature and commitment to quality have been instrumental in elevating the guest experience and supporting internal growth. His leadership has led to the promotion of several Resort Managers to General Managers.
Paul Baker joined Kerzner in August to spearhead the iconic Atlantis brand. With nearly 20 years of global experience, Baker brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise to Atlantis Resorts. His extensive knowledge of managing and leading teams in diverse cultural and complex operational landscapes uniquely positions him to grow the Atlantis brand to even greater heights.
