The acclaimed chef will deliver three dining experiences from 16 to 18 November

Celebrated chef Mauro Colagreco will be at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai in the UAE to deliver a weekend of fine dining experiences from 16 to 18 November 2023.

Colagreco is an Argentine chef at three-Michelin-starred Mirazur in Menton, France, and also the executive chef at two of One&Only Royal Mirage.

Colagreco will be at his Dubai Michelin-recommended restaurant Celebrities to personally greet guests and serve a seven-course menu, as well as overseeing the creation of authentic Argentine cuisine at his neighbouring Beach Bar & Grill. There will be a demonstration of traditional Argentine barbecue techniques at the al fresco restaurant's 'Asado Nights' from 6pm to 10pm on Friday 17 November.

Either side of that event, on Thursday 16 and Saturday18 November, Colagrecco will host a gourmet dinner at Celebrities. Inspired by the changing seasons, the curation celebrates Autumn flavours through reimagined classics such as Truffe Blache and L’Avocat and Langoustine, concluding with the sweet notes of L'Orange En Fleur.

Celebrities restaurant opens from 7pm; Beach Bar & Grill opens from 6pm. Celebrities seven-course tasting menu costs from AED780 per guest with an optional wine pairing available from AED650. Asado Nights costs from AED450 per person and includes a starter, main course, dessert and cocktail.
