Kleindienst Group bills the adults-only resort a “five-star party hotel”

Kleindienst Group has completed construction of its second hotel on a private island off the coast of Dubai.

Nice Hotel, located in The Heart of Europe (pictured), part of the World Islands Dubai, is now in pre-opening mode and joins sister property Voco Monaco Dubai, which opened in 2022 and has been managed by IHG since early 2024.

Situated six kilometres from the mainland, The Heart of Europe is a luxury destination and a flagship project for Kleindienst. Comprising six islands, each inspired by a European country, The Heart of Europe eventually hopes to have 20 hotels and resorts with more than 5,000 keys.

That would make Kleindienst Dubai's largest five-star hotel developer.

Both the Nice Hotel and Monaco Hotel are within the Côte d’Azur resort on Main Europe Island. They are adults-only and billed as “five-star party hotels” by the developer, with a focus on nightlife and experiences.

The Nice Hotel will have 264 rooms and suites and promises a taste of the French Riviera, with luxury boutiques, pool parties and fine dining. Monaco Hotel has 198 keys.

The Heart of Europe aims to deliver an authentic slice of European life, a street where it rains each day, and a Coral Institute to protect and restore the marine ecosystem.

Future plans include five-star hotels celebrating Cannes and St Tropez, plus the Floating Lido, claimed to be the world’s first luxury underwater vessel resort inspired by Venice.

The pipeline also includes beach palaces on Sweden Island and waterfront villas inspired by Bauhaus architecture on Germany Island.

In July 2024, Kleindienst announced the 150-key Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels and Resorts, set to open in 2026 on The Heart Of Europe.
