Group to have 150 properties in operation and under development across the Middle East by 2030

At this year's Future Hospitality Summit, Radisson Hotel Group revealed its target to reach 150 hotels in operation and under development in the Middle East by 2030.

Radisson Hotel Group currently has a portfolio of 77 properties in the Middle East comprising more than 11,619 keys.

Radisson Hotel Group’s strategic focus remains on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, but the group is also making significant strides in the wider Middle East region, including in Oman, Jordan and Iraq.

In Saudi Arabia, Radisson hopes the upcoming opening of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thakher East will set a new benchmark for contemporary accommodation in Makkah, catering to a growing number of international and regional visitors. Looking ahead, the group is planning further expansion in the holy city with the debut of Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Thaker West.

In Jeddah, Radisson is working on the opening of the Vivid Jeddah Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, scheduled for last quarter of 2023.

In Riyadh, the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments, Riyadh Olaya North (pictured) is set to open in December 2023.

In Oman in October 2023, Radisson plans to reveal new properties Muscat Levatio Suites, a member of Radisson Individuals and Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama. In addition to these, the group has also signed agreements for Park Inn by Radisson Resort Bimmah and Radisson Serviced Apartments Salalah.

In Jordan, Radisson Blu Hotel, Amman Galleria Mall will open its doors in 2023, and the group will make its debut in Iraq in October with Radisson Hotel & Residences Erbil.
