Rixos Premium Dubai’s Azure Beach introduces complimentary ice baths

Chilling experience now available daily from 10am to 8pm

Azure Beach, located at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR hotel in the UAE, is now offering guests complimentary ice baths. 

Guests will be invited to submerge themselves in the chilled tub and soak up the health benefits, popularised by the 'Ice Man' Wim Hof.

The ice bath experience at the adults' pool aims to attract guests with the many benefits associated with the practice, including lower stress levels, improved mood, better sleep, sharpened concentration and more energy.

Day passes to use the pool and beach cost AED200 with AED100 redeemable on F&B, on weekdays and AED300 with AED150 redeemable on F&B on weekends. For guests arriving after 4pm, the entrance fee is fully redeemable on F&B. The area is open to guests from 10am to 8pm.
