The UK ETA scheme will be open to GCC and Jordan nationals from February 2024
Following the launch for Qatari nationals in October 2023, the UK’s Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) will be open for applications from all other GCC and Jordanian nationals in February 2024, ahead of a worldwide expansion of the scheme.
The introduction of an ETA scheme is a substantive change for millions of travellers to the UK, and VisitBritain is among the entities communicating the new requirements to markets as widely as possible.
To find out more, join UK Government’s Home Office’s information events throughout February. The online sessions are hosted on Teams, they can be registered for via Eventbrite and are open to all who are interested in learning about the scheme. Questions can be logged on Slido.
