Saleh Bataineh brings decades of experience to the role
Waldorf Astoria Kuwait has unveiled Saleh Bataineh as its new General Manager.
Bataineh has 25 years’ hospitality experience, having worked across several global markets including Jordan, Canada, the UAE, Egypt, Qatar and China.
He said: "I am honoured to join Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. My focus will be on continuing the tradition of excellence Waldorf is known for … and fostering a warm, inviting environment for guests and our team."

Bataineh comes to Kuwait from Doha’s Sharq Village & Spa, where he was General Manager.
His roles preceding this include leadership positions at several properties, including Hilton Salwa Beach Resort and Desert Falls Waterpark, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha, St. Regis and Katara Hospitality in Doha, as well as Grand Hyatt Amman and Four Seasons properties in Cairo, Beijing, Amman, Dubai and Toronto.
