Mandarin Oriental, Porto Cervo is scheduled to open in 2026
Mandarin Oriental has announced the development of a new luxury resort in Sardinia, located in the north-east of the island in the heart of Costa Smeralda.
Set to launch mid-2026, the development marks the group's fourth venture in Italy.
Perched on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of Pevero, Mandarin Oriental, Porto Cervo and surrounded by forest, the hotel is set to provide a secluded environment for guests to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

The hotel will comprise 83 rooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, and a signature Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and large indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the hotel will feature an exclusive Beach Club, on a private beach accessible via a 350-metre trail.
